great dining excellent breakfast really good service
i appreciated the variety of on-site dining options! the food and drinks were great. breakfast was also excellent. rea's really good service elevated my experience. i really valued her attention.
the hotel could use a bit of refreshing. it's still lovely, though some areas seem a little outdated.

boring wall view slow service
my stay started decently, but it quickly went downhill. the room i got, a garden view suite, had a view of mostly a wall. i mean, it was a very boring wall. then, the service really started to lack. i asked for an iron and waited almost an hour before i had to call again to remind them. it was not a smooth experience.

i found the location to be fine. the heated pools were great in february. the staff was very friendly.
i noticed several external brands imported into the hotel, such as coya and cipriani. i felt it created a showy vibe. the experience seemed overpriced.
